i have stayed in many hotels this one was by far the best it was amazing would definitely stay again

The Valentines special was indeed Very Special. The concierge took charge as soon as we arrived, parked the car and took care of the luggage. Reception staff were really friendly, professional and welcoming. Rooms were lovely , overlooking St Stepehns Green. Soft music, chilled champagne and chocolate dipped strawberries awaited as part of the package. The bathroom was really warm and cosy and even came supplied with candle.The bathroom products were excellent, and the towels, robes and slippers were really good quality. The Valentines special meal with complimentary glass of Prosecco in the Citron Restaurant was superb, all served by really knowledgeable and helpful staff. The complimentary ' love potion' cocktails in the bar afterwards were lovely, and it was no problem to have an Irish coffee instead of the cocktail offered. The turn down service not only had left two lovely chocolates, but they had replaced the used towels and removed the empty bottle and ice bucket as well. The fresh flowers in the bedroom and bathroom was a very nice touch. Breakfast in the Citron restaurant was really good with a good selection of fresh fruit, yoghurts, juices, cereals, cheeses, smoked salmon and pastries. It was a delight to have a hot breakfast cooked to order rather than a self service buffet. A late check out meant that we had plent of time to enjoy the cushioned seats on our balcony and read the complimentary newspaper in the unexpected February sunshine. All in all a first class experience that I highly recommend.

Some of the friendliest, most helpful staff I have encountered. Topped by a wonderful dining experience in Citron restaurant. Thank you, I look forward to a return visit, soon hopefully.
